CONSOLIDATE ENTERPRISES „GUTTA” AND „SPILVA”

Over the restructuration of the hold by the Orkla group Latvian enterprises the fruit and vegetable processing enterprise Spilva is consolidates with a producer of juices, nectars, drinks and drinking water Gutta. Once the restructuration process has ended, which is planned for January 2016, the consolidated enterprise will have its legal name Orkla Foods Latvija.

Restructuration as well as choice of the legal name has been taking place in accordance with the structure of the international Orkla group that is constituted of four business directions that specialise in production of the respective products:

• Orkla Foods (food, beverage);
• Orkla Confectionery & Snacks (sweets, snacks);
• Orkla Home & Personal (products of healthcare, hygiene etc.);
• Orkla Food Ingredients (industrial ingredients for bakeries, confectioneries, sweet manufacturers, cafes and restaurants).
